Pool Party
Great for confident swimmers aged 6 and up. Includes water games and free play. Please note, Watch Around Water policies apply.

Stadium Games Party
Perfect for all ages. Think dodgeball, relays, parachute games, pickleball or basketball shootouts, we can tailor the games to suit the group. Our team will be in touch to discuss your game and activity requests.

Recreational Gymnastics Party

Ideal for kids who love to do cartwheels and somersaults. Our team will run activities using our gymnastics equipment, including beams, mats and bars.

FAQs

How do I book a party?

Complete the online form HERE, we’ll check availability and help you lock in a date. 

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend securing your booking in advanced. Party spots fill quickly, especially during school holidays.

What is the minimum number of children?

There is no minimum number of attendees, the minimum cost is $480.

Is there a maximum number?

We can host up to 25 children. If you’re planning for more, let us know and we’ll chat through the options.

Can I bring my own food and cake?

No BYO food, you’re more than welcome to bring your own birthday cake. We provide catering options (see booking form). 

Do you provide plates and cups?

Yes! No need to bring anything. 

What if a child has allergies or dietary needs?

Please let us know of any allergies or dietary needs. If you’d like to chat through anything, we’re happy to help. 

What should the kids wear?

For pool parties, bring swimmers, towels and a change of clothes. For stadium parties, comfy clothes and runners are best. 

Do parents need to stay?

Yes. A parent or guardian must remain at the party for its full duration. For pool parties, Watch Around Water guidelines require at least one parent or guardian for every four children.

What happens if we need to cancel?

If you need to cancel, please give us as much notice as you can. The deposit is non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to reschedule if needed. 

Is the party room decorated?

We set the table with tablecloth, plates, cups and napkins. You’re welcome to bring additional decorations if you’d like to add a personal touch!

What are the Watch Around Water guidelines?

The aim of the guidelines is to reduce the number of fatal and non-fatal drowning incidents and associated injuries in public aquatic facilities in Victoria within the 0-14 year age group.

Children under 10 years:

  • Must be accompanied into the centre by a responsible parent / guardian.
  • Must be constantly and actively supervised.
  • Parents / guardians must position themselves to have a clear view of the child with no physical.
    or structural barriers between them and the child / children.
  • Must wear a yellow wrist band while using our pools 

Children under 5 years:

  • Must be accompanied into the centre and the water by a responsible parent / guardian.
  • Must stay within arm’s reach during recreational play activities.
  • Must wear a pink wristband while using our pools

Children 10 years old and over:

  • Parents must use their knowledge of an individual child’s swimming ability and general development to determine the level of accompaniment required.
