Haven't been here before? Let's step through how to become a Learn to Swim member online

Need help? Get in contact with us, either via email learntoswim@wangaratta.vic.gov.au, call 5722 1723 or visit 41 Schilling Drive

Step 1.Create a guest account

  • Open the Members Portal HERE and click 'Start now' 
  • Click 'Learn to Swim' and then click 'Next'
  • Complete your details (parent/guardian details) then click 'Create account'

Step 2.Add a child to your account

  • Select 'Register child(ren)'
  • Complete your child/s details (you can come back to this and edit later) and then click 'Create account'
  • Click 'Learn to Swim' and then click 'Next'
  • Complete the self-assessment to help us understand which level best suits your child/ren. Then click 'Next'
  • Proceed to the Members Portal or add a new child

Step 3.Enrol your child into swimming lessons

  • Find the day and time that suits you best for ongoing swimming lessons. Lessons are weekly with the same instructor each week 
  • Finally, click 'Enrol now' to the lesson you want to attend
  • Complete your payment details
  • Done! Welcome to our program! Once enrolled you will receive a welcome email that will give you all the information to prepare you for your first lesson.

The Member's Portal is your one stop shop for managing your Learn to Swim Membership.

Change your lesson times, enrol a new child into swimming lessons, update your personal information and payment methods.
