Members Portal Help

Accessing Your Account

Have you recently become a member and are ready to access the members portal? Follow the steps below for easy access.

Step 1.Visit the WSAC website

  • Click on the "Members Portal" page under the "Members" tab or the blue "Member Portal" button on the homepage.

Step 2.Enter your registered email address and password

  • Forgotten your password? click "Forgot Password?" then follow the prompts to reset it.

Step 3.Done

  • Once logged in, you will be directed to your account dashboard, where you can manage your bookings, check your membership details update payment information and more.

Update Payment Settings

Step 1.Login to the Members Portal

Step 2.Navigate to the "Payment settings" tab.

Here, you'll see your current payment method and have the option to update or add a new one.

Step 3.Add a new payment method

  • Follow the prompts to set up your preferred option.
