Ï have been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 15 years. Competing for 8 years in figure body building. Winning State and Australian Tiles and a World Title in Greece.

Ï'm an AUSactive qualified personal trainer who loves to help people achieve their health and fitness goals. My approach to training and nutrition is quite holistic, I believe that a healthy body needs the foundation of a positive mind. Having been in the fitness industry for 22 years, my true passion is to help people to believe in themselves and realise their true potential by creating sustainable lifestyle changes.
I am a huge advocate for resistance training in women, not only because of the physical benefits but because of the mental and physiological benefits it brings too.
I plan your training sessions according to your goals and I love to keep sessions fun and interesting by incorporating other training principles such as Pilates reformer training and Boxing!

My preferred training style is weightlifting and HIIT circuits.
When you train with me I will tailor a program that is specific to your goals whilst hitting your whole body to get the most out of your training, get that heart rate up and push you further than you believed you could go.
