Our qualified personal trainers are available during the times below to answer questions about the centre, assist with technique, or provide support for heavy lifting:
Monday: 9:00am - 12:00pm and 3:30pm - 6:30pm
Tuesday: 6:00am - 9am and12:00pm - 6:30pm
Wednesday: 9:00am - 12pm and 3:30pm - 6:30pm
Thursday: 9:00am - 12pm and 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 10:00am
Saturday: 11am - 2pm

Guy Williams
Hi, I'm Guy and I have over 10 years of experience in kickboxing and strength training. I bring a decade of discipline, problem solving, and real-world knowledge to every session.
My focus is on helping people build strength, confidence, and healthier habits that last, no matter where you're starting from. I've worked with clients from all walks of life and understand that fitness should support the way you live, not compete with it.
I believe strength training adds years to your life and life to your years. It’s not just about lifting weights; it’s about moving with ease, feeling more capable, and having the energy to do what matters most to you. Whether your goal is improved fitness, weight loss, or simply feeling stronger and more in control of your health, my approach is tailored, sustainable, and built around what works for you.
I’m here to help you move better, feel better, and create meaningful, lasting progress that fits into your life, not the other way around.

Gail Cresswell Dawson
Hi, my name is Gail. I am proud to be part of a dedicated and committed team that will offer and deliver support along your fitness journey. My focus on fitness has evolved over the years and I have been able to train a wide range of clients all with different needs.
I commenced instructing fitness in the early 1980’s at a time when aerobics gained much popularity. In 1986 I completed the first accredited fitness instructor’s course available to fitness instructors. after a break, I am again keen to help others improve their overall health, ensuring they receive one or more of the numerous benefits gained from exercising.
When I help others, I want to get to know more about YOU! What is your end goal? What is your timeframe in achieving that end goal? How much time, commitment and effort are you prepared to put in? Whatever your specific end goal, I would love to guide, educate and support you throughout that time.
My other passion is being creative; I love art and craft. I have an appreciation of the outdoors, one of the reasons why I play golf and the reason why I live in northeast Victoria. I love watching sport too, particularly the Olympic Games! Oh….and I love to dance. I have also enjoyed working as a medical secretary in various medical specialties.

Nick Cavicchiolo

With over 4 years of lifeguarding experience and a Certificate IV in Fitness, Nick is passionate about helping you move better, train smarter, and achieve your goals safely.
His approach emphasises functional movement patterns, proper technique, and effective strategies for weight loss, ensuring every session is tailored to your needs.
Nick’s coaching style is all about building confidence in the gym while creating sustainable habits that support long-term health and fitness. Nick will guide you through safe, progressive training programs designed to deliver results.
When he’s not coaching, Nick enjoys CrossFit, volunteering with SES, and spending time with his service dog Jasmine, so he knows what it means
to stay active and balanced! If you do see Jasmine around the centre or out in public, please ask to pet before doing so, each, and every time you wish to pat her, as she is always working and needs to concentrate.
