This session gives you a clear starting point. It removes the guesswork and helps you feel confident using the gym, knowing your program suits your body, your goals and your current fitness level.

Whether you are new to training, getting back into a routine, or wanting a clearer plan, a health consult sets you up with direction from day one.

What your first assessment includes

Your initial health consult is practical, relaxed and focused on getting you comfortable in the space.

It includes:

  • An optional body composition scan to provide a snapshot of where you are right now
  • A tour of the facility so you know what is available and how to use the space
  • A conversation about your goals, current fitness levels and training history
  • Detailed program that is tailored to you

From here, our team can guide you toward a training approach that fits you and feels realistic to maintain.

Who health consults are for

Health consults are available for select memberships only.

They are a good fit if you want:

  • A clearer plan before starting or restarting training
  • Support understanding how to use the gym safely
  • A program that feels achievable, not overwhelming
