Pre- and Post-Natal Reformer Pilates is designed to

support women through pregnancy and into postpartum

recovery. Using the Pilates reformer machine, our

sessions provide safe, low-impact exercises that

strengthen, stretch, and restore the body.

With our fully qualified pre & post-natal instructor each movement is tailored to where you are at in your journey.
