Don’t let the cold weather freeze your progress.

It can be tempting to press pause on swimming lessons. But there are some good reasons to keep your child enrolled during the colder months. Swimming is a life skill, not just a summer activity.

Why it’s worth not packing the goggles away this winter:

• Stay on track: Skills can slip with time away from the water, keep hard-earned progress.
• Keep the routine: Swimming supports focus, sleep and overall wellbeing.
• Warm water, happy swimmers: Our Learn to Swim pool is heated to a toasty 30 to 34°C.
• Confidence builds with consistency: Regular lessons help swimmers feel secure, supported and proud.

Dates for the calendar:

Please note there are no lessons on public holidays and during school holidays.

Be sure to keep an eye out for centre operating hours and come down for a free swim, included in your membership.
