Float into Fitness with Boga Yoga

Try something different this summer with Boga Yoga, a water-based workout that combines yoga with strength, cardio and core exercises.

You’ll use floating mats in the outdoor pool to perform yoga poses and BOGAFIT movements. The gentle instability of the water works your core and improves balance and flexibility, giving you a full-body, low-impact session that suits all fitness levels.
