Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates
Our reformer classes are 45 minutes and a fantastic way to improve strength and flexibility whilst having fun. Using the Pilates Reformer machine you will work on balance, alignment, core strength and muscle tone. The reformer machine adjusts to suit your individual strength and flexibility.

Pre and Post Natal Reformer Pilates
Reformer classes are 45 minutes and a fantastic way to improve strength and flexibility whilst having fun. Pre/Post Natal Reformer Pilates classes will gently rebuild core strength and safely introduce exercises specifically for those who have recently had a baby or are pregnant in a safe and friendly environment. Prams welcome.
Our specialist instructors will look after you in our dedicated studio on the latest Peak Pilates® equipment. A maximum of 12 people per class. Bookings are essential.

Chair Based Exercise
Chair-based exercise is a great way class to stay active. This class is suited for individuals with mobility issues, older adults, or those recovering from an injury.
Exercises are done while seated in a sturdy chair and help improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.

Using a combination of cardio exercises to build heart strength, weight training to build bone strength and Pilates and yoga inspired moves for balance and relaxation this class has it all. The class starts with 15 on the bike, followed by low impact movements that can be modified as needed. Working to fun and uplifting music the time will fly and you will have a great workout.
