Works are due to commence on Monday 6 June, with upgrades over the next few weeks to the Wangaratta Sports and Aquatic Centre's (WSAC) existing change rooms and toilets to improve accessibility.
There will be some disruption to the usage of the male and female change rooms and patrons will be directed to alternative amenities within the facility during this time.
WSAC Manager Penny Hargrave said that the new amenities will be welcomed by all users of the centre.
“The long-term improvements will far outweigh the short-term disruptions,” WSAC Manager Penny Hargrave said.
