Group fitness provides structure and support, without needing to plan. You choose the class and time; our instructors do the rest.

Classes are welcoming, instructor‑led and designed to help you build confidence and stay consistent. Many members enjoy the shared energy and routine that comes with training alongside others.

Before you Book

To help keep everyone's experience positive please read these carefully to get the most out of your gym visits

Booking in for classes

Class booking open 48 hours before class time. Booking ensures your spot in the class. If there are any changes to the class, we can contact you. 

Arriving for your class

Upon each visit to the Centre, Members must identify themselves by checking in at reception. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior. No entry is permitted after the class time. 

Cancellations 

If you can no longer attend a class, please cancel your booking via the client portal. Repeated no shows could impact your membership.

Respectful Environment
We expect all members to treat staff and fellow gym-goers with respect. Swearing, inappropriate language, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

What to bring and wear 
For hygiene purposes, all users must bring a towel. Bring a drink bottle and wear suitable clothes and shoes whilst in the Centre.

Age
Group fitness participants must be over the age of 13 with the exception of Body Pump and Body Pump Heavy, participants must be over the age of 16
