Come along for a gentle introduction to Reformer Pilates. Our qualified instructor will show you the equipment and guide you to help become familiar and develop confidence.
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements.
Socks - For health and hygiene purposes, you are required to wear socks. We have socks with grip available to purchase at the front desk.
Water bottle - Reformer Pilates can be thirst work, don't forget to bring your water bottle.
Towel - Reformer Pilates knows how to work up a sweat, please bring a small towel to all gym and group fitness sessions at WSAC.
