We have a large group fitness timetable offering a range of classes for all ages and abilities. All classes are run in our dedicated group fitness studio.

Aqua

Aqua Aerobics

This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back.

Aqua Movers

Suitable for beginners, a lower intensity aqua class with the option to participate in our heated program pool. Perfect for those with musculoskeletal  conditions.

Aqua Xtreme

For those who like to take their Aqua to the Xtreme – pushing the limits of their cardio endurance and strength in the water.

BOGAFIT® 

BOGAFIT® is an innovative fitness program that builds strength, deepens flexibility, and improves balance and coordination through a carefully selected set of movements on the FITMAT® . BOGAFIT® exercises both enhance the benefits of traditional fitness movements while minimizing the harsh impacts of traditional land exercises, creating high intensity workouts that remain low intensity on your body.

The FITMAT® is a floating training platform that provides a new, fun, and dynamic way to exercise. Its main feature is its rigidity and ability to float on water.

 

BOGAFIT™ Fun & Flow

Train on the water without getting wet! The BOGA Fitmat intensifies your workout focusing on core muscles & improving balance & coordination. FUN & FLOW focuses on Yoga, Pilates & stretching

 

Cycle

Cycle

Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging exercises with the best cycle instructors in the region. Great low impact workout.

Mind & Body

Tai Chi

A traditional Chinese art that uses gentle movement and breathing techniques. It offers a range of benefits for your physical and mental wellbeing

Pilates

Pilates is consisting of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Yoga

Yoga is a discipline of bringing harmony to mind and body. In this class traditional yoga postures are practiced strengthening and promoting flexibility.

Your time to unwind, focus and quieten your mind in a low stress environment.

Les Mills™

BODYPUMP®

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP® gives you a great total body workout.

BODYSTEP®

You can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs.

BODYBALANCE®

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE® is a yoga-based class that will improve your mind & body.

BODYATTACK®

BODYATTACK® is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises.

Virtual

A range of virtual classes for those that want a class at a flexible timeslot.

High Intensity Interval Training HIIT

HIIT Tabata

A high intensity workout that will push you to your limits! With 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest, this is a class that will maximise calorie burning.

HIIT Circuit 30 Minutes

A class designed to get the heart rate up and challenge the body with a variety of high intensity exercises.

HIIT Strength 45 Minutes

Combining strength exercises into a high intensity workout is the perfect way to develop muscular endurance and burn calories.

Strength & Tone

Strength & Tone

A total body movement class aimed at developing muscular strength and endurance for seniors. Exercises are delivered in a safe and effective way.

Pilates

Pilates

Pilates is for everybody! Get a full body workout and strengthen your core to improve your technique mobility, stability and flexibility. 

Reformer Pilates

Our specialist instructors will look after you in our dedicated studio on the latest Peak Pilates® equipment. A maximum of 10 people per class.

Active Adults
