Group Fitness Classes

We are thrilled to add MORE classes to the Group Fitness timetable commencing Monday 11 October 2021. We now have 29 classes on the timetable and classes are running morning and evening 7 days a week.


This timetable is a temporary one whilst we adhere to the heavily restricted COVID requirements. We are slowly building up to reinstating as much of the full timetable as possible. If your regular class is not on at its regular time or the regular instructor is not taking that class never fear we anticipate returning to our full program once Victoria reaches the 80% double dose milestone. At this stage that looks to be around 5 November give or take a few days. In the meantime enjoy a new class or get to know a different instructor. We have a great team and during COVID we have tried to keep each and everyone one of them involved in the program.


The Group Fitness team and I would really like to thank you for your patience as we have worked through the logistics of running classes outdoors. We were not sure what the uptake would be like and hence the reduced timetable . We are so thrilled that you have embraced the outdoors and we are excited to be able to offer you more classes.
