New timetable announced

Yoga

We are excited the launch our new group fitness timetable.

We offer over 50 different classes each week, ranging from high intensity interval training (HIIT) to yoga and meditation. Our classes include:

  • Mind body: Tai Chi, Pilates, Yoga, Relax and Meditation
  • Les Mills: Body Pump, Body Step, Body Balance, Body Attack
  • HIIT: HIIT Tabata, HIIT Circuit, HIIT Strength
  • General: Cycle, Strength & Tone, Active Adults
  • Aqua: Aqua Aerobics, Aqua Movers, Aqua Xtreme

Classes range from in-person and virtual, allowing us to offer a larger volume of classes to suit our members schedule.

Our in-person classes are run but experienced and qualified trainers to guide you through the class and keep you motivated!
