We have a large group fitness timetable offering a range of classes for all ages and abilities. All classes are run in our dedicated group fitness studio.

Aqua

Aqua Fit

High energy water workout with upbeat music that will keep you working hard whilst protecting you joints. Training to target every part of your body. High voltage format of cardio and strength training in the pool using noodles, kick boards & dumbbells.

 

Aqua SMILE

Slower moves, impact lowered exercise in the pool provides a fun yet challenging workout for all levels. Increases your cardiovascular fitness, strength and muscle tone in a fun low impact environment.

 

 

BogaFit™

Fun & Flow

Train on the water without getting wet! The BOGA™ Fitmat® intensifies your workout focusing on core muscles and improving balance and coordination.  Fun & flow focuses on Yoga, Pilates and stretching.

Circuit

If you're looking for a high intensity workout that will help tone your body this is a great workout.  A high energy class which involves working your way around different exercise stations with minimal rest. Using a variety of equipment. Circuit training is the most time efficient way to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance.

Cycle

Cycle

Indoor cycling classes provide high energy workouts that burn calories and improve endurance and strength. During a typical class, pedal through hill climbs, sprints and many other challenging drills. All levels welcome.

 

Les Mills™

BODYBALANCE®

Reward your mind and your body with this class. Embracing the elements of Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga bend and stretch your way through a sequence of simple moves set to beautiful uplifting music that allows you to unwind.

 

BODYPUMP®

A total body workout that will burn calories and shape and tone your entire body using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. With great music you’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

 

BODYSTEP®

A cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. A mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. It’s a fun, uplifting, full body workout. You’ll leave buzzing with satisfaction.

 

BODYATTACK®

A high energy fitness class with athletic movements like running lunging and jumping combined with strength exercises such as pushups ad squats. Workout to energizing tunes and challenge your limits. You will leave with a sense of achievement.

 

Mind & Body

Yoga

This class focuses on alignment of the whole body while holding poses that support the spine and brings about the awareness of breath with movement, creating a feeling of calm within the body.

 

Mat Pilates

Pilates is for everybody. A total body workout, with powerful cross training benefits, focusing on strength, mobility and body alignment and breath control.

Punch HIIT

Punch HIIT is a fusion of boxing and high intensity interval training. It involves guided bag work and intense bursts of bodyweight exercises. This type of training gets your heart rate up to its maximum level to ignite fat burning and boost metabolism.

 

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates

Our reformer classes are 45 minutes and a fantastic way to improve strength and flexibility whilst having fun.  Using the Pilates Reformer machine you will work on balance, alignment, core strength and muscle tone. The reformer machine adjusts to suit your individual strength and flexibility.

 

Align

Pilates Align class is designed for those who are new to Pilates. With a strong focus on technique and alignment, you will learn the fundamentals of reformer Pilates, how to safely move your body on the reformer bed while still receiving a full body workout with an emphasis on control and precision.

 

Flow

A full body conditioning class.  Get ready to strengthen and lengthen your muscles through a challenging series of exercises that incorporate functional movement patterns to strengthen, tone, firm and balance your body, improve posture and prevent injury, while giving you the burn you know and love from the reformer.

 

Burn

Discover your new fitness obsession with high energy Pilates reformer class sculpting and toning your body from the inside out. The ever-changing work out will keep your body guessing and give you the results you want.  This class is suitable if you’re experienced with a confident understanding of the reformer.

 

Strength

This is our signature strength Reformer class.  Utilising poles and Pilates rings to maximize muscle engagement. Strength Reformer focuses on the most requested target areas: arms, glutes and core.  This is a multi-intensity muscle sculpting workout that will challenge you with intention and intelligence.

Our specialist instructors will look after you in our dedicated studio on the latest Peak Pilates® equipment. A maximum of 10 people per class.

Strength & Tone

A mix of cardio, resistance bands and core workout. The mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will take your fitness to the next level. A variety of options accommodating all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful.

 

Strong Bones Healthy Heart

Using a combination of cardio exercises to build heart strength, weight training to build bone strength and Pilates and yoga inspired moves for balance and relaxation this class has it all. The class is low impact and can be modified as needed. Working to fun and uplifting music the time will fly and you will have a great workout.

 

Strong 4 Life

A 45-minute circuit class in the gym. Using pin loaded machines and free weights. Our aim is to increase your strength, balance, confidence and overall quality of life.

Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold is a Latin inspired, low impact, dance fitness workout with easy fun moves.

Ideal for people of any age and perfect for the young at heart, beginners and people getting back into exercise after a break or injury.
