What is Reformer Pilates?

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Named after its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the program in the 1920's, Pilates emphasises correct postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. 

Specialist Instructors, Studio and Equipment

Our specialist instructors will look after you in our dedicated studio on the latest Peak Pilates® equipment. A maximum of 10 people per class.

Friday 9am & 5:30pm

Saturday 9:30am

 

• All Reformer Pilates classes are 45 minutes

• Bookings are essential for Reformer Pilates classes - limit 10 per class

• Socks required • Members - casual $20 per class

• Non members - casual $25 per class
